Make up-free Cher steps out in all black and flashes her midriff in rare public sighting

Cher has been spotted showing off her flawless complexion and flashing her midriff while running errands in Los Angeles.   

The Turn Back Time diva looked stylish as she headed to an appointment in a black suit jacket, sweat pants bedazzled with rhinestones, Malibu Cowboy Boots and a designer black and white purse.  

She was accompanied by a female friend and smiled wide while making her way back to her car following the two-hour meeting. 

It was a rare public sighting for the 74-year-old who has spent much of her time in lockdown campaigning for animal rights behind closed doors and was last seen out in December 2020 in London.

This comes as Cher addressed her controversial tweet where she theorized that she possibly ‘could’ve helped’ George Floyd if she had been there during his arrest.

She had been slammed for the tweet on Friday, with critics accusing her of making a tone-deaf remark that was insulting to those who had taken the stand to tell how tried to stop Floyd’s death from occurring.

On Saturday she posted a statement responding to the furor and wrote: ‘IM TRULY SORRY If I Upset AnyOne In Blk Community.’

After the uproar over her original George Floyd tweet, Cher wrote on Twitter: ‘Wrestled With This Twt, Because I Thought some ppl wouldn’t understand, Or Believe an Entertainer Could have Honest emotions about a human Being,suffering & Dying,even if It’s Only Shown On tv.’

She insisted: ‘You Don’t Know What I’ve Done,Who I Am,Or What I Believe.I CAN,I HAVE,& I WILL..HELP.’

This comes as she was bashed for tweeting Friday that she believes she ‘could have helped’ George Floyd if she had been present during his arrest

Cher masked up as she headed into her appointment which lasted about two hours 

Roughly two hours later she followed up with her apology tweet in which she wrote: ‘Just got off phone With Friend Karen.

‘Told her what Happened,& Realized,You Can Piss Ppl Off,& Hurt Them By Not Knowing Everything That’s’NOT Appropriate’To Say.I know Ppl Apologize When They’re In a Jam,BUT [hand] to God [praying hands], IM TRULY SORRY If I Upset AnyOne In Blk Community.I Know My [heart].’

Cher appeared virtually in January at the ‘For We The People’ concert, which celebrated President Joe Biden’s inauguration.

She led a host of stars who performed at the concert via Zoom to kick off a string of Inauguration celebrations.

‘This is your time,’ the superstar told Joe Biden. ‘I know you’re going to take the country in an amazing direction and I know that you love everybody, because that’s who you are.’

Cher is a clear Biden supporter described him as ‘the right man for the right job at the right time’.

She added that she is ‘thrilled’ and ‘hopeful’ for the future. The hitmaker went on to perform the song I Hope You Find It.
