Golf icon Greg Norman sells his last US home in Colorado for $40M

Golf legend Greg Norman is planning to permanently pull up roots in the United States and head for his native home of Australia after finding a buyer for his $40 million Colorado ranch.

The Great White Shark of pro golf and his wife, Kirsten ‘Kiki’ Kutner, expect to finalize the sale in the coming weeks, the New York Post reported.

The news comes a month after the golfer and entrepreneur found a buyer for his $60 million compound in Jupiter Island, Florida.

Norman, 66, purchased the Meeker, Colorado, ranch property in 2004 for $9.5 million, resulting in a hefty profit from the upcoming sale.

The 11,900-acre estate, known as Seven Lakes Ranch, has been on and off the market for years and was listed in 2016 at an asking price of $55 million, Forbes reported.
