Aston Martin’s first apartment block is nearing completion – bringing a James Bond lifestyle ever closer to homeowners who’ve splashed out to live in it.
The iconic carmaker – 007’s favourite – unveiled designs for a 66-storey glass-and-steel waterfront tower in Downtown Miami in 2017. Now the structure has reached its full height – 249m (818ft) – with pictures revealing that it’s shaping up very nicely indeed.
Aston Martin Residences, located at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way, will consist of 391 luxury residences priced from $1.5million (£1.1million) to upwards of $50million (£37million).

Aston Martin’s design team, led by Chief Creative Officer Marek Reichman, have designed the interior and amenity spaces throughout the building to ‘reflect Aston Martin’s timeless beauty’.
A statement says: ‘With an architectural design that pays homage to the instantly identifiable, sleek lines of its motorcars, Aston Martin envisioned a structure that perfectly captures the spirit of excitement and graceful beauty for which it is world-famous.’
The development will include seven ‘Signature’ penthouses — all featuring private pools and terraces – and a range of one to five-bedroom residences and duplexes. The ‘jewel in the crown’ is said to be the Triplex Penthouse – a ‘magnificent’ three-floor condominium, spanning a total of 27,191 square feet (2,526 sq m) at the ‘pinnacle of the property’.
Bringing the Bond experience to life, the owners of the Triplex Penthouse will be given a limited-edition Aston Martin Vulcan, one of only 24 models of the brand’s 820bhp, all-carbon-fibre supercar. It’s engineered for track driving only.
A statement says: ‘The multi-million-dollar limited edition showpiece of automotive art is resplendent in white, inspired by Miami and personally specified by EVP and Chief Creative Officer of Aston Martin, Marek Reichman, to reflect the city’s tropical environment.’
And they aren’t the only homeowners who’ll receive an Aston Martin. Those in the Signature penthouses and the 38 ‘Line 01’ apartments, starting on the 15th floor, will receive a specially-commissioned bespoke Aston Martin DB11 Coupe or DBX Riverwalk Edition vehicle.
The apartment block will consist of 391 luxury residences priced from $970,000 (£718,124) to upwards of $50million (£37million)

Meanwhile, situated on levels 52 to 55 of the new tower are ‘Sky Amenities’ – for all residents to enjoy.
And they’re anything but typical.
The Sky Amenities area will be connected by a glass staircase, and the sky-high perks will include everything from a double-level fitness centre with a spinning studio, boxing gym, chef’s kitchen and a private dining room to an art gallery, virtual golf room, two cinemas, full-service spa, beauty salon and barbershop.
The building’s showpiece will be a rooftop pool deck with an infinity-edge pool, a ‘Sky Bar and Lounge’, and cabanas perched 55 stories over downtown Miami, featuring panoramic views of Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean and Miami’s shimmering cityscape.
It means that all residents can enjoy breathtaking views.

There will also be a 24-hour valet butler that will ‘take the stress out of home management by offering luxury travel support and a host of other services to homeowners’.
In addition, residents will be able to enjoy direct access to the turquoise waters of Miami via an exclusive yacht marina. ‘This serves as the only deep-water marina in downtown Miami,’ a statement says.
Aston Martin, which has partnered with global property developer G&G Business Developments for the project, revealed that 85 per cent of the development has already been sold.
Reichman says: ‘In this, our first residential development, the interiors are inspired by Aston Martin, but take into consideration Miami’s tropical environment.
‘Our design language is based on beauty and the honesty and authenticity of materials. It’s simple and pure and it has an elegance attached to beautiful proportions. We are incorporating Aston Martin’s DNA through subtle details and fine craftsmanship, with an emphasis on comfort. This building is for people who appreciate the finest quality and craftsmanship, who love the feeling of something that is timeless.’
German Coto, CEO of G&G Business Developments, adds: ‘We are working closely with the Aston Martin design team to create a stunning tower that will enhance and contribute towards a new Miami skyline. The collaboration is a beautiful mix of technology, style and elegance and together we are building a highly desirable place to live, setting new standards in both design and quality of life.’

The relationship between James Bond and Aston Martin began in the third James Bond film, Goldfinger, with the secret agent jumping behind the wheel of a DB5.
The DB5 went on to appear in six more 007 films – most recently in 2021’s No Time To Die, Daniel Craig’s final outing as Bond.
