Tom Burgess’ fiancee Tahli Giumelli has rushed to defend the NRL star after he was pictured chatting to a mystery woman at a lingerie bar on the Gold Coast.
The South Sydney Rabbitohs prop and his teammates were at SinCity club celebrating their win over the Titans on Friday night.
The 29-year-old, who is the younger brother of high profile NRL star Sam, arrived at the infamous venue at about 1.30am and was photographed talking to a young woman, reports say.
Ms Giumelli, who shares two young daughters with Burgess, stood up for her partner on social media on Sunday.

Burgess and Ms Giumelli, who have been together for four years, announced their engagement in December 2019 on their three-year anniversary
‘God forbid a female sits next to Tom on a night out with his entire team,’ she wrote.
‘Would this same article be written about me if I was sat next to a guy on a night out?’
Earlier that night, she posted a photo of Burgess holding their two-year-old daughter Sophie while in the audience at The Wiggles concert.
Burgess and Ms Giumelli, who have been together for four years, announced their engagement in December 2019 on their three-year anniversary.
They welcomed their first daughter Sophie in August 2019, and second daughter Elodie in November 2020.
They have vowed to keep details of their upcoming wedding secret to protect their family’s privacy.
‘We’re keeping the date and location to ourselves. We want the day to be as low key and private as possible,’ Ms Giumelli said.
‘This day is really for our girls. Tom and I are committed to each other. We’ve got two kids, the house and the dog.
