Donald Trump Jr. said Russian President Vladimir Putin didn’t invade Ukraine under his dad’s watch because former President Donald Trump had ‘balls.’
‘There’s a reason it didn’t happen under Trump: People understand strength, they understand resolve, they understand balls,’ Trump Jr. said as he gave the final speech at four-day Conservative Political Action Conference in Orlando, Florida.
The younger Trump used his CPAC address to go after President Joe Biden – but to also knock his first son counterpart, Hunter Biden.

Trump Jr. kicked off his speech by telling the crowd he was happy to hear that an Alaskan fishing trip with him and girlfriend Kimberly Guilfoyle was auctioned off for $75,000 during the live auction at CPAC’s Friday night Ronald Reagan dinner.
‘I heard the fishing trip … went for a lot of money,’ Trump Jr. remarked. ‘See, if I were Hunter Biden I’d put that in my pocket rather than going for a good cause, right? It’d be a little different. But we can’t do that right?’
Trump Jr. than tore into the current administration.
‘Think about how things are going right now,’ he said. ‘That the administration that currently is in charge wanted to put together a program to hand out crack pipes.’
‘Because you’d have to be on crack to think that they’re doing a good job, right?’ he said.

‘At least they’ve got a program Hunter could be in charge of,’ he added, to laughs.
The former first son then repeated points his father made during his primetime CPAC address Saturday night – that Putin stayed in line because of President Trump’s strength.
‘You know the first thing a bully does? He takes advantage of the weak and infirm,’ Trump Jr. said, pointing to Biden.
‘All you have to do is watch him walk up a flight of stairs,’ Trump Jr. added.
He argued that Americans should be in lockstep and condemn Biden’s messy pullout of Afghanistan.
‘What we can’t disagree on is the disgrace that happened in Afghanistan,’ Trump Jr. offered.
He said it emboldened Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping.
‘You think Vladimir Putin didn’t see that and say, “Excellent.” You think that Xi over in China wasn’t saying, “Hey, whatever my timeline for taking over Taiwan was: accelerate it,”‘ Trump Jr. said.
After listing off strength, resolve and ‘balls’ as the necessary elements, Jr. added, ‘right now our leadership has none of those things.’
But responding to a member of the audience the former first son added that the administration did have ‘Depends,’ a brand of adult diapers.
‘They do have Depends. Without a doubt. Go long on that stock,’ Trump Jr. said. ‘You know Nancy Pelosi invested in that way ahead of things.’
